Bayram Yenikaya received his Ph.D. degree from University of Minnesota in Applied Mathematics. He became an expert in optical lithography simulations, RET/OPC, OPC modeling (lithography and etch), DFM, photomask process modeling and correction, technical leadership in technology development, constraint/non-constraint optimization methods, numerical algorithms, image processing, computer algorithms and data structures. He is working as a senior member of consulting staff at Cadence Design Systems, San Jose CA. Dr. Yenikaya has five US patent applications, and he published several journal and conference papers. He also got a silver medal in International Mathematics Olympiads while he was in high school.
